Hi every one, I'm looking at used metal detectors and would like some input please.The two diffrent detectors are the whites eagle spectrum or spectrum XLT if I can afford it?They both sound very good ,I would like a detector that works well for the beach and good for prospecting any help is greatly appreciated thank you much,Adrian see Undecided Detecting

Both are fine machines. Any chance of going by a detector shop and trying both out?

thanks good to be back GD! Not many shops around central Cal,but that's OK less competition at the parks or rivers here.
