Sounds like an oxymoron huh? Well, I go up to the snack area (here at work) as I always do a few minutes right after lunch and think.. '
hmmm I really need just a little something extra to tide me over until dinner time. So, after selecting the Snickers (with almonds) of course, I head back to the cubicle. After opening up the wrapper, much of the caramel has stuck to the inside of the wrapper. It probably got melted or something, and a bit of it has oozed out and onto the wrapper - still tastes the same.
But - instead of trying to eat that caramel I just throw it out with the wrapper. So, instead of eating ALL of the candy bar, you're eating a little bit less, thus..... REDUCED CALORIE!
