Actually, the oryx is only found in Iran or in a zoo. Very rare.

We have the critters down all around White Sands.    They was supose to be limited to that area but now have migrated to other areas and more.

They love that Desert set up.

It's a White meat somewhat like pork is but taste like the best beef you ever had.
