Not the place to detect unless you want to go to jail.  Detectors are a Bad , Bad Thing there.  Anyone that says they detect there is Breaking the Law.  So, if your caught, don't bitch.

Hello Homefire

Thank you for your advice. It is good for me to know this things because i am going there in holiday and i use to think to detect things on beach. Still remain scuba diving!!!

It’s published by a metal detector dealer in Greece in 14-4-2013 instructing the locals on HOW they can TRY to get a permit to use a detector.he promised an update to his application. by the look of it he is still waiting.
Scuba diving it’s also prohibited on all archaeological sites.
