Does any one know of a metal detecting club/group that I could hook up with anywhere in the texas hill country? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

....Probably the San Antonio club would be your best bet.  If you were a bit further north in the Hill Country, I'd go with the Austin club.   There is also a club in the Llano area which is mostly into prospecting, but it is kind of hard to find information on.
