I need help with ID of the coin found in Afghanistan looks like copper about 1/2 the size of a dime

It is really hard to identify a coin from a picture unless the image is very sharp AND you have pictures of both sides of the coin.

Looks old that for sure. Afghanistan has had so much history it would be too hard to try to discern with out see both sides, like bitburg said. COulbe anything from Alexander the greats time to the british, to something from ancient india. Awsome tho. and welcome home if you are/were military.
