I've noticed recently that older coins, pennies anyway, are coming back into circulation. No doubt this is the result of the recession and people are digging out those old rolls they had stashed away. Most recently I've found a 1919S  and a 1953D. Neither of which are of particular value, but still it is interesting to be aware of. Check your change!  Wise

You are correct tseeker , I have noticed a lot more silver and wheat coins in the last 2 years . They are now in my collection !! It is because of the economy .

You are so right tseeker. I always check my change. Best this year so far is a 1914 wheatie. When it gets too cold that's when you get coin rolls from the bank.

The gas station lady and I always swap "change" stories...she recently was handed a roll of silver quarters for a purchase that the customer took from her grandmother because she didn't have any money.
