All you need to start a club is more then two or three folks that want the same thing. Come up with some By Laws and Common Goals. If you all can't afford to do it by your own funds, set some kind of Fee or Membership Fee. How large a Club do you want? What will the Community Support? Start in a Garage and move if it Grows Talk to some Hotel , School or even a Church to obtain a Room once a month. It can be done..
