I am very for these recent problems and beg everybody pardon..

The DDos attack was a severe and most unfortunate event. But well, shit happens. The host is not to blame in this case nor is anybody else. Just bad Karma.

However it took us 2 weeks now to convince our host that there WAS a PROBLEM with the server configuration, causing slow loading times and the images to no longer getting displayed.

I had not changed any of the software / files so I was fully sure that there was unfortunately also nothing I could do on my end about it.

Now finally the host solved the issue. The company's stuff is infact very knowledgeable but it is a shame and pitty that they dismissed all the previous tickets claiming there was no server issue.

I am truely sorry and you can take my word that this has caused us a lot of headaches and troubles and I would have had this fixed immediately if it was for me.

I am very sorry again and ask your kind pardon and understanding.

Atleast we are now back on track!

I know the feeling, mate. I was under the impression that you had a dedicated server. Don't you have root access to your own server?

I can login!  :)I'm glad things are back to normal now.
When it rains it pours...aside from this forum being under attack, there was maintenance on an undersea cable in my neck of the woods (which slowed things down to a dial-up crawl with frequent disconnects), and some "activists" who claimed to be from Bangladesh who decided to screw up a DNS server or two. I learned a new term: DNS poisoning. Switched from Google DNS to Open DNS and all is well again.

Aah...maybe I spoke too soon. Each time I submit a post, I get a "connection has been reset" page. But when I reload the page, the post goes thru. Is this part of the new security features?

Some how Some Way there has to be a way to Virus the ass holes. I still say a good Programmer could put a Poison Pill in a Attacked site that will Back Track the Crap.  Some are just built to destruct your good.  Some are ment to take you some place you never asked for.   There is a Trail some place.

Since the restore of the thunting site, I been getting a new error.
I do get the same error on my desktop computer and on my laptop.
it happen every time i try to open a page
                  It states
“””Windows Internet Explorer
Stop running this script?
A script on this page is causing Internet Explore to run slowly.
If it continues to run, your computer might become
Unresponsive.
 Yes     No”””
I say yes then it works for the page, then I have to do it all over again to the next one.
I do not have a problem with any other site or forum I am on.
Any ideas?
