That's good because it resurrects the topic. We'll probably see a few more good ideas as a result.

Hi GD, is there a easy way to notify the keeper of the page. Sometimes it just not worth the bother of getting through the steps of the site.

Hi GD, is there a easy way to notify the keeper of the page. Sometimes it just not worth the bother of getting through the steps of the site.

I'm not sure what you mean. I'll try to give you an answer. At the top of each forum there is a list of moderators for that particular forum. Then there are also three Global Moderators. The moderators and Global Moderators can take care of forum CONTENT issues but not technical issues. If you want to edit or delete your post, you can do it within 60 minutes. After that, it takes a moderator. Let's say you left incorrect information in a post and need to change it. You an either come by, quote your own mistake and below it give the right information or you can ask a forum mod to fix it by a PM (private message).

If you need to contact the forum administrator who also owns this forum, his user name is Christian and there is only one of him. Use the community listing and find him. Click on his name or avatar and you will open his page. Or, if you see one of his posts, look under his avatar and see the speech bubble image. That will open a PM window for him or any other user you wish. Unless their privacy setting doesn't allow PMs.

Here is Christian's user profile:

First things first. Play. Just wander around looking at things, reading articles, responding to a few and looking at the resources pages. Eventually, you'll be able to navigate this site while you nap at your keyboard.

Above all, have fun.

Go to the Board Index above and see what forums exist. There are some that relate to metal detectors - some to a specific brand. Yours would probably best fit under the general heading.

Just post your report to the board that you think matches your info if myself GD BA or Homie thinks it would do better someplace else we will move it no problem. As for old post. sometime its a good thing to dig them up if you have new info on the subject but if all you can add is good find or thanks for the info its best just to let the thread lie dead. I also suggest you read the whole thread before you post so you don't repeat info that has already been posted.
