No way I know how.   You could Cut and Past but That does not work for me unless I go to Edit mode as a Mod.     When I try to copy text the whole page follows.

Yes you can.
I just create a topic called,
Is it possible? Take two
And i insert your question there.
The way i did it is
1. On the current topic i insert the quote i wont it by pressing the quote button.
2. I highlight the text and cut it by right clicking the mouse.
3. I open Microsoft outlook my email software and paste the text there as i was going to send an email.
4. At the new topic that you want to insert the quote press the reply button.
5. Go back to outlook and cut the text that’s been there as a new email ready to sent.
6. Paste the text in to your replay.
Its allot of running around but it works.
I hope i did explain it properly

It was 10 F here in the mountains of N.E. Oregon this morning... Now (almost noon) it is about 24F!  All 8 windows are definitely closed...   and the fire is roaring!
