The link above worked for me . It's just a big advertisement for his ebook.

I hate when people spam there sites onto another site.

especially when it's clearly deliberate.  Just like when people put it in their signature blocks etc.

Just my 2 cents.

I thinking thats called advertising or  advertisement Karl but I think they should have to pay to do so? I would think those that advertise on this website pay to advertise? I have no idea. Don't need to know....but they should!
