hi,, any advice on how to convert scan images into doc files so i can post them here

Just drag and drop the image scanned into Word and it will be .doc
Using Insert from the drop down menu is another route to get the same result.

Scanning in .jpg is all you'd need to do in order to post them on here. That's all I do & it works just fine.

Well it does work. I click on it and it downloads it to my computer and I can open it. Half of a circular coin. Sue

Why convert them? Just upload as a jpg and you're done. More people can see them that way and you don't have to open Word for Windows to do it.
