Last Tuesday's trip to good will I bought a turquiise, coral and silver signed pre-1970s Navajo bracelet worth about $150 for $15, also in a bag of junk jewelery ($22.00) found a pair of gold and silver earrings worth about $85.00 plus a pair of liquid silver earrings as well as another pair of silver earrings with semi precious stones but my favorite find was the belt buckle for $5.99 which had an American Silver Eagle in perfect condition mounted on it which in silver alone is worth $34 but since it is dated 1998 it is worth about $60. I also found a single 10K gold earring which is worth about $15.00 in scrap gold-- all in all not a bad day for and expenditure of $50.00 and a value of at least $300.00. I forgot to photograph the 2nd pair of earrings and also forgot to mention the silver cross and the other nice chunk of silver that was in the same bag of costume jewelery.

No picture - but my favorite find was from Goodwill. I bought, for 99 cents, a new in package 3 cd set of the "Budweiser Real Men of Genius" commercials. I listened to it, passed it around, we all had our fun. I put it on ebay for 99 cents and it sold for nearly $40.00.
Very exciting!!

But you do have thrift stores, goodwills, etc, don't you? As per the rules those places count also....so you have all of March for the next contest since the February contest is closed except for the judging.
