I found this cache of matchbox cars in a hole 6" x 6" deep in a clean yellow sand bank like the one I used to dig in when I was a kid. Apparently kids still enjoy burying their toys. Larry and I went back a week later and found another cache about 6 feet over and it had 3 more cars and someone's doll. gambol

Burial enmasse. Maybe they buried them and left them intentionally. A graveyard of spent toys.
I have found a burial of old broken toys.
I like finding the toys they bring back such memories.............Christmas stocking stuffers.
The Tootsies were the ones I received as a child.
Hotwheels and Match box did not exist back in the good old days.
Hummmmm good old days.........Pre Vietnam.......and before.
