If it looks familiar it's because it's the "Spirit Of Saint Louis".
Mfg. "Corgi" date Unknown "Recent I'm sure or at least in the last 10 years.
I was told it was purchased at the Smithonian Museum, where the Original plane is on display.
I found it with my Shadow X3 in a Volley ball court. Detecting 2001.
Perfect condition it could not have been out there long.

Veru cool.....I keep the twin of that one on display at work together with a few others of the same scale---Xavier's right, you had to have found within a day of it being lost, and it looks like it must have been lost within a couple of days of the kid getting it.
