Hi vision. I'm not really sure here but I think this thread is for die cast cars that have been found with a metal detector, BUT... I injoy seeing your finds and sence you have posted so many pictures I think you must have a great collection. I wanted to share with you one I found very cool to me....A Olds 442 stationwagon with 2 dogs sticking there heads out the back,  Grin

Thanks Robinh, That one has a funny story as it is a find from the goodwill (thrift store) it was missing most tires,bumpers and seats so I bought it for a buck and just so happend to have a 1/24 scale model kit so I used the bumpers and grill then tore apart a jada import (some kids toy that was given to me:)) for the interior tires and wheels.

I rushed it though not using a drill for front axle and just glued the tires to fenders. Sad I like to think I saved it but it would really be a project now. No no!

I think your right Cache, maybe we can let this one slide :- That car you posted is a matchbox vista cruiser casted within just the last couple years and the matchbox cache thread has hot wheels in it. I can help yall. Wink
