OK I have great news! Doctors told Dell that the tumor in his case has a 98% chance of being cancer. Because of your prayers the results came back NOT CANCER! So your prayers for Dell made a difference in his life! Also, after Dell went home after the first trip he was not going back he told Trudy. But Trudy told me he looked at all the prayers you posted on all the forums and told Trudy, I have to go back and get this done! Your prayers that you posted sent him back!

Dell is doing great he is eating and so far all is well and will beack home soon. Thanks for your prayers. Prayer changes things as you well know!

Be blessed because Dell sure is with friends like you. You made a difference in his life.

That is certainly great uplifting news, Tim. You deserve big pats on the back for being Dell & Trudy's extra special pal and informing everyone that he was having a problem. He's a good man and his kindness to people over the years wasn't forgotten. I'm so happy that he's doing well. Sue

Talked to Dell last night. He told me this is the lowest point in his life. He is fighting for his life right now. Please don't stop praying for him. He needs strength now to recover. He still has the heart problem. He may be able to post soon, I don't know. He seemed very weak on the phone. It's hard to give up life when there is a chance of living.

Recieved this from Dell this morning!

CRISIS AVERTED! YOUR PRAYERS FOR ME HAVE BEEN HEARD & ANSWERED.
 
Last night was rather uneventful. Body functions are being restored with the normal pains, and I have been able to sit up up for 30 minutes so far this morning.
 
I'm on my way to meet everyone at Pegleg's Treasure Expo.
 
My deepest gratitude and love for your concern.    Dell

Tim, tell Dell he isn't a kid any more and growing old is a bitch. I don't know no one that is past 70 and doesn't have problems but you can't let that get you down. When you wake up in the morning consider that lucky so enjoy what you can! I know I wrote the book!!! I thought my hip fracture was bad, didn't let it get me down, then the blood clot in leg leg swelled 3 times normal size, didn't let that get me down, now got the makings of congestive heart but don't let that get me down.  Bill

Whee! Excellent to hear that Dell is feeling better and is planning to meet pals at an expo. Just what I wanted to hear.

Bill, I've always heard that growing older isn't for sissies. Read about the flooding in your old stomping grounds - most of Osawatomie was a lake, something like 15-18 in of rain in Pleasanton and Trading Post.
