You know Ram that video has been posted and discussed on other threads. This thread is running along fine with the drowses talking about their thing you can't stand it. You have to stir up trouble are you are not happy. There was no reason to post here none what so ever.
Just like the Yam boards your not happy unless you can stir the pot well you going to get very unhappy now.
 Go the the tech boards go tho the treasure boards just go and talk treasure because the next time I see you intensely starting trouble in a thread  you will find yourself moderated

Seldom

Just a rational observation here.....but if you have questions/comments about LRLs maybe you should post them in the "Black Box Technologies" section. That is the area dedicated to devices using electronics and frequencies    Great

Hey goldnboy..that would depend  on the device you are using..I have one that will check an eight mile (@64 square Miles)area from one spot. My first LRL had a range of ? mile?My present unit does not have a limit that I know of..with the antenna fully out I located and recovered a ? gold nugget at just under 5 miles?You have to be careful as sometimes those distant signals are not worth chasing..Art

Hey GB;

The longest I have ever "guessed" a signal with an instrument was over 22 mi. That's how far I had to go down the hwy to make the signal swing past 90 deg. It appeared to be 3 or 4 mi. further, East of me.  I picked it up with 3 separate methods. I did not attempt to locate, as I was 300 mi from home and on my way back from a demo.

 Hello Fenix & Art
 There are a number of locations that I think LrL would be usefull here in New Zealand.
 One is a possible large cache of gold coins, but this could be underwater and in the mud.
 Would salt water/deep in the mud be OK for a locate ?
 Then there are all the gold fields. The closest gold area to me is mostly Hard rock, not alluvial
 Does the LRL pick the biggest target/ Or the closest? I lake experience so have lots of questions

Some devices have a "weight" check mode. Others have a distance and depth mode.  I can't swear these will work for you, as the discussion has never drifted from this being "dowsing" and even though I have results, I have nothing other than the results to prove other wise. If this is the case it will require you to be able to "dowse".

Most of the devices I have used would require your feet to be on the ground in order for them to work?there are some devices that are being tested underwater..But they are going to be very expensive,
My experience with gold veins is that they will read the hottest spots in the veins until you get to the location. Then you will be able to follow the vein. ..Art
