How to determine where to dig

(1/1)

Hello Forum,
I have started to experiment dowsing. And i should say that i get some readings wich makes me wonder what it is.I am using some bent welding wire and some copper rods. Both gave results every time on the same spots...And i have tryed several times with same results.
I have some spot where the L rods cross indicating that something is there.
In these ocasion the L rods cross at same places whitin distance of 1.50m -2 meter from each other. Now i have read that if you calculate the 45 degree angle from one of the spots you get the depht of the object...is that correct?  And where i have trouble is where do i dig..is it right bellow where the L rods Cross?..or is right where my feet are?
Also how do you tell from one of the two spots wich one is the spot from the two places where to dig.

regards
Marius

I tried replying before, but my computer erased my post in mid sentence, so I will try this again.  I know you posted this a long time ago, but if you are still checking, here is a suggestion for you.

I saw this demonstrated recently in regard to dowsing for water lines.  First, make sure you have some survey flags you can mark your spot, or something else you can easily see.  When your rods cross, then back up a foot or two.  Program your rods to give you the signal when your toe touches the edge of the spot that is above your target.  Put a flag down.  Then come from different directions and repeat the process.  You should have flags surrounding the area right above the target.  That would be the place to dig.

How would one "program" a bent rod?

Good question.  It isn't the rod that gets "programmed."  It is your subconscious.  You give your subconscious mind the instructions to give signals for certain things.  Like crossing the rods means "yes."  Or maybe opening the rods means yes.  Dowsing doesn't work for you if there is ambiguity or the questions are unclear.  Your subconscious is like a computer which does what you ask of it.   This is what dowsers call "programming."  It is making sure that the behavior of the rods, or any dowsing tool, will give you the answer in a way your conscious mind understands.
