Yup! An "Under Construction" sign would be much better than filler text. But if you can get past the nonsense text, give the video a watch. I think the objects they dug up look way too fresh and clean.

Gave me a chuckle....people who step in front of a train usually don't get to do it again  Grin (unless said train was stationary)...but I know what you mean. Heck if one could dowse, there'd be 2 treasures waiting for them: Carl's $25K and Randi's 1 million bucks.

Yes, IF (BIG IF) dowsing worked, they could just find plenty of treasures for themselves...the offered prize money would be pocket change in comparison.

On that premise, if dowsing can really be performed by certain people and they find the prizes offered by Carl and Randi to be not attractive enough to expose themselves to show the world what they can do, we may never know what the actual situation is.

I've read thru Carl's offer (seems rather reasonable and logical) and the responses of dowsing proponents. I got the distinct impression that the offer was not taken up simply because they couldn't perform as they claimed. Am not trying to knock any dowsers out there, but if anyone (especially Pete of Pete's World) can really do dowsing, step up to the plate, accept the challenge and show us how it's done!

Well, it's not the same as treasure, but, in all fairness, my electrician/plumber friend did locate my 15? year old pvc water lines by dowsing. This was on a 5 acre piece of property that had a few rv spots on it. Of course, I guess he could have just used logic to tell which way they were running, but, was suprisingly accurate. Don't get me wrong, I think if dowsing worked well, or maybe at all, there would be fewer treasures to find. In case, I am not making myself clear, I do not believe.
