GD you mean the ghost of Rod Serling cool got to watch that one. Did you see the story he did on uncle yammy's treasure last month.

I do not hold much faith in dowsing, but would still like to see what he comes with.

I admit I have tried it and been shown the "proper" way to dowse by a self proclaimed expert with a "proven" track record. He was full of excuses but I still gave it a fair go. We spent a week in the Mojave desert with me finding tons of stuff with my GroundHog and him finding old campfires which were quite visible without the dowsing. I wish it worked though. Seriously. Wouldn't it be so much easier to find huge treasure that way? Sadly, that's not going to happen.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Dowsing is for gullable folks who'll spend big bucks on equipment that'll produce little in the way of treasure unless the treasure sight was known about beforehand...... A friend and I have used two Dell Winders units and we've had little success with them...My buddy claims to have found a silver salt shaker top with it, but in all the trips we went on with the unit together, we've found ZILCH!!! NOTHING!!!! So whattya say Mr. Winders?

Dowsing does not work, there is no scientific reason that it should, there are theories out there why it does, its called pseudoscience, its one that cant be proven either way making it a safe bet for the manufacture of such devices to quote these theories as fact. all scientific blind test trials have been negative,Scientist wont even bother with dowsing now, they know its fiction and a waste of time and money. The problem is there are many treasure hunter's that are willing to buy these devices believing that they will find the big one,--how sad--to waste ones time and money on such foolishness.

The only way your going to see the actual circuit schematics on that device is to buy one, since its a dummy circuit they wont want you to examine it,at best it will be a simple frequency counter , if you understand electronic circuitry, I would love to here your opinion on this electronic device

Yes ,read about it last week,He almost pulled it off, bet he hid some of the 2million he got for them. I have stated in every post in this treasure magazine articles there is no such thing as a LRL, and dowsing does not work, gold does not give off any frequency, gold does not rot rust or dissolve, there is nothing to receive because it transmits no signal, it does not change the surrounding matrix what so ever, I understand how a metal detector works, but a metal detector has its limits, those dowsing rods,LRL's or whatever you call them cant work because its physically impossible to receive signals--detect emanating frequencies from inanimate objects. even a car rusting under the ground can not be found with one of these devices even if you stood over the top of it! its plain and simple, the only gold or silver you can find with these devices is selling them to a fellow treasure hunter, its sad but true

Lockspyder, Yea its sad. An especially sad case is a radiation detector that was sold to the Russians after the Chernobel disaster.  It had a red light that was suposed to come on when there was radiation in the area. I guess someone got suspicious and sent it to a testing laboratory.  It worked but the radiation level had to be so high that it would kill the person wearing it before the red light came on.
