To prove that objects emit energy

501, your 40 rod instrument resembles a Orgone energy accumulator, cloud buster.  Your description of the attributes of your rods suggests Orgone energy as the medium that is being sensed. Orgone paths to water, have you tried a water sink, capacitor, at the end of your rods. The water sink would have to be processed as Orgone is only safely grounded to live flowing water. A regular Orgone accumulator may work, but I think it would charge up to fast to be usable for dowsing. The method in which you are using the rods, you are the ground plane path or connection. Some folks can see this energy wafting about, if you observe through your peripheral vision you may see blue gentle slow moving waves of energy. If you have ever seen Aura's around living things it appears somewhat the same.

Then again, your rods just might be a placebo or crutch to give focus to your mental and subconscious abilities of communication.

Keep on keeping on with your multi-rod experiments it is very interesting.

I have had much luck personally with dowsing as well.  I have used home made rods to find misplaced items in my house, items that my kids hide from me to see if I can find them, and also in treasure hunting.  I use map dowsing with topographical maps to narrow down an area and then use dowsing rods at the physical site to narrow it down further.  The antique change purse and miner's pick that I found and posted previously.  See

These items were found in an area in the middle of nowhere because I dowsed a topo map with a pendulum before I went to the site.  Of course I used my metal detector when  needed.  I had to halt my search because of weather but believe a cache of gold coins is also in the area.  When the snow is gone in the mountains you can bet that I will head back up and continue my search.  Of course I will post any finds here and on my blog.

convincing, but must be proven that dowsing works, it should be seen by two eyes. eg. test in known hidden objects atleast two sites or hidden box contains objects to be detected.
