For those of you who know Greg Storozuk (dowser) I received personal classes from him.
Map dowsing was part of the training. I need to contact him and get a refresher class.

I hadn't thought of using map dowsing in conjunction with MD'ing.

DW and I go camping at least every other week (during warm weather months.)

Last week a new TV show started called Meteor Man. After watching the show I turned to her and told her I need a MD to use at the campgrounds and to my surprise she said "yes you do!"

So the search started. My first search was in eBay. Being on a limited budget I had to find one I could aford. I found a BH QDII and was lucky enough to win the bid (it's in the mail.)
Now I need to aquire some basic things to go with it (no rush as winter is coming soon.)

What are some good pinpointers?

map dowsing is insanity. it is the fruit of dreams and halucinations in pursue to hunt what you want and the end of your life in dowsing it will bring you to mental hospital.

Give the guy a break, he just shared his experiance with map dowsing, you don't have to agree. I'm a bit sceptical about "map" dowsing myself, but I do own some dowsing rods and they work for me. I was sceptical about any kind of dowsing until I tried them and found that they do work. I fail to see how dowsing a map could work, but who knows.

Just to add to that as this topic popped up in the new posts column. As an auto mechanic for the last 30 years one of the most important things I've learned in that time is that as soon as we close our minds to something and stop learning we stop growing and become out of date. Do I believe in dowsing? Well I don't know but I am willing to listen, learn and give it a chance without a closed mind. Who knows being open minded can lead to your next big find.  Detecting

Good way of thinking. Most of us don't believe in it only because over the years we have tried it and found it did not work. But we will also not tell you not to try your hand at it, but don't spend alot of money on rods or LRL's . Everything you need to experiment with drowsing can be had for a few dollars at the hardware store for a few bucks.

 Seldom its dowsing not drowsing. Good comment to give it a go first. what's to lose?, very cheep setup for some L Rods to get you started. I will say I've had positive results off limited experience, & will continue to try and understand this subject more well.

that might explain why Seldom has so little luck with dowsing.....every time someone hands him a pair of rods, he believes they are drowsing rods and promptly falls asleep  Funny
