Sure glad that MTL was not the standard for American beauty even back then. Salvor, you've been looking in the wrong archives. ;)

Hello All
Eliza was a glamorous person that had that attractive appeal to the people around her.
I have heard some rumors that 2 descendants of Mrs Lynch made a trip there with knowledge passed down through the family. Apparently it got a little nasty as there was an alleged shooting incident. I was not privy to the exact details or results of their search.

Hello Hardluck
I have a friend in Paraguay, and I have been invited to visit him.
He could be a good contact if you need some local info...

Hello Goldnboy
Thank you for your kind gesture. I am sure you would have an amazing time there if you took up your friends offer. I would be of course be interested to hear any more updates about the Treasure story.
Sadly other priorities dictates my time these days. However I would be more than happy to see some one researched the story to a deeper level again.

Hardluck I know some people that are interested in going after this treasure. If they found it, do you think the Paraguay govt. will let them take it? Isn't it considered a national treasure?

Hello Salvor6
I think hardluck is MIA at the moment. From What I know of Paraguay its about the most corrupt country in South America.
I have a friend there who's family work in the legal profession and could be a good local contact. The treasure probably would be of national significance, but thats not to say its not worth going after

Hello All
In regards to the treasure it could be declared as a national treasure if found. But perhaps with the right contacts it is possible to make a deal depending on the government in power on the day. The main problem is the site is a national Park that suprise suprise may be world heritage listed.
