The CZ-21 is a heavy rascal and most of the weight is forward on the shaft. I ran across this setup and am giving it a try>>

Mounting the box upside down on the under side of the shaft back near the cuff. "Floridakitesurfer" on eBay sells a neat kit that includes a custom manufactured mount for the box, stainless hardware, and a replacement cap for the handle including a new stainless cuff screw and nut. You could mount the box with the controls facing the loop or the cuff. If the controls face the loop one can with a little practice reach under the handle and hit the pinpoint button. Placing the box here also allows easy removal of the battery cover. This setup moves the balance point up the shaft. Another option for those that do use the pin point button often would be to saw off the cup mount bottom close to the rod which would allow another 4" or more of allowable box movement allowing even better balance. Getting used to the controls on the bottom should not take too much to learn.
