Not trying to dirrect you here but if you Based your hunt from Melborn Beach you could hit the whole line of the old Fisher sites.

Better chance of Modern Drops and a Could Be Escudo or Reale.

All right, Homefire:
I admit it. I'm all screwed up.
My laptop informs me that I have new messages from you but when I go to read them all I can get to is the last ones you sent, the latest dated last week.
How do I get past these old messages and see your latest string?
I've tried to scroll down to the next page but all I get to is page one
What's the secrete to getting to the latest messages?Huh???

Sense the one I did send you and your a relatively new member, just delete the MSG's and start over.

See what happens there.

I will bring this issue up on the MOD board as I too have had issues.

Thanks in advance
Steve

Hey, Homwefire:
Look at what I found!
I'd gladly "delete" the messages and try to start over.
Any clue as to how to D E L E T E?
THe word "delete" is nowhere to be found on this site.

You can delete any message which you have originated as long as two conditions are met. The deletion cannot be done after 15 minutes. Also, if anyone has replied to you, you can't delete those messages. Moderators can delete messages but only those which are really nasty ever receive that treatment. We have a "no delete" policy here so that everyone can take something away from almost any exchange of ideas. In short, don't worry about posts you think should be deleted.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

We were talking about PM msg's.

You need to go to your Profile Page.

Click on your own Avitar/Name and you can reset your Msg's on the controls to the Left.

Great idea BUT it's two hours driving from my base.
Four hours per day behind the wheel, on killer ally, isn't why I'm going to FL.

I appreciate your advice and don't be shy about speaking your mind.
It's just that I'm 70 yrs old and don't want to drive another two hours to go detecting.
I will have driven over 8 hrs just to get to Palm Coast.

As to deleting messages:
I only wish to delete them because I was having difficulty getting to the latest ones and wanted to get rid of the first ones received.
Steve

Hi Homefire:
Well, I'm finally going to St A tomorrow.

Someone suggested I go to Crescent Beach for a good place to coin shoot.
Do you have any thoughts on this beach?

It's only 20 miles north of where I'm staying so it is attractive.
