There are several options. After winning the bid you can go after it yourself, or we can get a group together. This auction contains the key to many sights. As of yet only one person has come into my confidence and if we decide to get a group together and contribute in any way we can, we can sign a nondisclosure, no problem. If we can build the right team, we can all work together. If the winning bidder wishes to go out it on there own, cool too... However as I have said, the only reason this is at auction is because I do not at this moment have the financial means, although the knowledge and locations are there, and one can extrapolate much more from there! I am always here to communicate... Send a personal message for my direct email...

Did I miss something or did you not state this in your first eBay auction, where you sold this research for $257, the following?

"I will include a notarized agreement to only ever disclose this information to the final bidder, or will consider an ongoing partnership..."

How many "final bidders" do you intend to get?

Again, perhaps you haven't read the entire post. The first auction had the option for nondisclosure, however the buyer and I have agreed I retain ownership and control. There is no notarized agreement between me and the previous buyer. This auction does not included it for reasons mentioned in previous posts.

This statement alone should throw up all sorts of warning flags:

"We can start with the fact that Jesse was J. M. James and died in 1935"

If the seller contends this to be a "fact"...then how reliable could the rest of the product be    Huh?

Hello all

I think I would be a little suspicious of any information sold on eBay and the terms of sale seems a little dodgy Also.

best of luck.

"Rational Observer" For one, if you read on you would have seen my research does not rely on Jesse at all! Only Franks movements after 1882, and Hardluck, one only needs to look at my feedback on eBay to see the previous buyer was completely happy. So much for personal opinions, simply don't bid, doesn't hurt my feelings...lol
