BUYER BEWARE in dealing with Bill Stoll.

I was the first person to respond to this ad for his E-trac and accessories for sale for $900. His first reply to me stated that the detector was still available and he then supplied me with all of his contact information including cell phone number. I told him I would take the E-trac and asked him how he preferred payment.

He had one concern, which was shipping, due to the numerous items included and especially the long-handled sand scoop. After thinking it over, I made him a counter offer to help him in shipping and packing. I told him that he may keep the long-handled sand scoop, handheld AutoMax pinpoint probe, Koss headphones, Minelab coin apron and water bottle and that I would still pay him his asking price of $900 for the remaining items.

He accepted my offer and said all he had to do was talk to his UPS driver about shipping and then he would get back to me.

Well guess what? He never did get back to me and I am still waiting! After repeated e-mails and phone calls by me, he has totally blown me off and refuses to acknowledge the sale or to even contact me. I can only assume that he has had a better offer and sold the items to another person.

To say that I am hugely disappointed in Bill and this transaction is an understatement!

Joe
