We don't know everything that went on here so running Bill down is doing nobody any good. Way I see it Bill had something to sale Joe made an offer someone else made a better offer business is business guys how can you blame Bill for going for the best deal.

The way I see it is..

If Bill had a better offer, then he should have offered Joe the opportunity to counter that offer.. not just agree and then brush him off like that...And I still think he should scrub those gussets!

Guys,

Bill’s E-trac WAS NOT up for auction to the highest bidder. He clearly stated the price he wanted and I agreed to pay it. That should have been the end of it.

He is clearly in the wrong and highly unethical in how he failed to carry through on his end of the transaction.
