Hi there. I have several of the original Gold Bug detectors (one for each coil size) as well as a Gold Bug 2 for the really small stuff. I have been using them for a long time with great success. How is the new Gold Bug any better than the old one, aside from the bells and whistles like a digital display?

From the sales department:
The Gold Bug Pro will operate similar to the Gold Bug II. While it is more user friendly, it's not quite as versatile as the Eureka Gold.
