Could you not start small and build up the Project?

If you need a Investor for Pans and other small Equipment , your not ready for Investors.

Bsr, if your lands have been given a Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title and there are no on-going disputes or claims by other parties to the lands, it is not hard for you to find an investor or even lease the land outright to a mining corporation. The nearest DENR (Dept of  Environment and Natural Resources) office should be able to give you a list of such corporations.
