Thought of you with the news of the volcano erupting, leaving depths of ash, causing flooding. Suppose it's either buried your hunting areas or washed them out real well. Any plans to go check it out? Sue

Dear Sue :
The "Chaiten" Volcano will refrain us from returning to the collecting sources for a long while. Now , snow became a new issue as to make things more difficult.
We just have to be patient and wait Undecided Cry
Here are some more pictures of agates we collected during these years Smiley

Hi Ricardo & Claudia,

I see the volcano is acting up again, too. Snow, I forget that it's winter for you southern folks. I've totally enjoyed the pictures of agates that you've collected. Sue

Hi Sue!
Yes , the Volcano is active again. Angry
All the surrounding Cities are covered with ash.
Maybe we will return during December if things look better.

Maybe Gallery, up above, would be a solution. Several members have picture collections there.

Nice to hear that you are hoping to return in Dec. Surely, by then, everything will calm down, wind will have blown the ash and you'll be able to check out your hunting areas. It would be nice if the flooding rivers exposed a lot of agates. Sue
