BA the only on that I could go to is in Port Elizabeth and that's a round trip of 160 Km and I don?t have a car   Grin Grin

It might be peat! I have have some here from Ireland ,I will post a pic later when my wife get's home ,,Can't find the cord for the camera ,,you can find peat in part's of Africa

Hi Xavier.  I might beat Outback to the answer.  In really simple terms, peat is decayed plant material, usually accumulated in bogs and swamps. It's harvested and dried in a lot of the world for use as a fuel.  The generally accepted thought is that under the correct geological conditions peat will eventually form into coal.

it might be wood. ive seen wood in shale, from pennsylvania, that closely resembles that. mabye better pics would help.
