Its the Federal Antiquities and Fossil Acts which keep the historical discoveries ans fossilsaround so that"all"of us can see them. I see it much like the early conservationists tried to preserve petrified wood from people blowing up the logs looking for amethyst crystals.Why should just a few people benefit from all the peoples treasure?
