These are some of the agates we found during the end of 2008 and the beginning of 2009.
This new agate source is really far away from home (about 2400 kilometers)The trip was worth it! Smiley

Beautiful... I saved the JPGs and they are going into my wallpaper slide show, along with my mining pictures! (And pic of a huge platinum nugget that I cant put on here because of proprietary rights. Any one want it I can email it.)

I am from a town 50 miles away, from present location, where there are lots of agates, in the gravel, this is north of the Peace River.... south, where I now live, there is not a single agate! I miss them... as a teenager, I had a 5 gallon pail full.... all sizes from pearl size to fist size!

I figure to get some thunder eggs, yet this summer, so I will try to stick some photos on here!
