GOOD DAY TO ALL HO MINERALOGIST/HOBBYIST/GEOLOGIST AND T-HUNTERS:

HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT KIND OF ROCK OR MINERALS THAT I HAVE, THAT CAN BE MELTED BY THE USE OF ACETYLENE AND WILL FORM LIKE SMALL GEMSTONE LIKE JADE.... PLEASE SEE ATTACHED IMAGES

Dear popoygigi, i think it is slag glass left over from a smelting operation, it was used as flux during the melting of metal and possesses the attributes you describe and have photographed.  Found a lot of it out in NM, too.  In Sweden there is an old Roman iron mine that has material like this but large chunks and they are blue, people mine it and make cabochons out of it, it is called swedish blue and very nice, like turquoise but harder.  That may be an ancient mine dump and depending on what was being mined and smelted may be a great place to detect.   I hope this helps.

Dear Sir Billder:
Sir GOOD day and Thank you so much for the information you have send to me.... I just want to add sir that the said stone was just a part of the bigger  one almost a size of a dump truck in the uppermost color brown and green and in the middle  part of it was bluish, and the place was never been touched by any MINERS sir...

after it was melted using an acetylene.... it becomes very hard and can never be scratched...

Popoygigi,

You can test that theory by taking either a diamond ring or better yet a diamond tip drill and see if you can scratch it. You will get an idea of its hardness. Next try a carbide tipped drill. If it is silicon or slag glass you will be able to scratch it.
