unusual rock form found

Hello can anybody share their thoughts on what this objects are? We found this when we dug a hole in our backyard this was put beside a semi circular rock@8feet. Below it around 1foot below another rock was found the 3rd in the picture. We are @ 9 feet.

it looks like weathered limestone like you find in n.al and tn sometimes in the lakes, out in the flats when the lakes dry you just go to breaking rocks, rare trilobites and crinoids sometimes, i m thinking red bay al.....anyway the limestone weathers a lot faster than the fossils, usually crinoid stems...i have found a lot of that stuff in huntsville, some of the stem pieces make cool beads, people like them. a lot of the mountains there are ered with many feet of clay that came from limestone dissolving, one of the best kept secrets is the dissolved layers between plates of limestone around caves, the plates can be jacked and propped and that mud inside many times is high gold values...b
