I have always had a interest in the "treasure of the Cathars"  have not read much about them in years maybe its time to research an old interest.

Hey Seldom,
I think you should actually read some literature on the Cathars. To recap, the Cathars appeared in Western Christendom in the middle of the twelfth century. This medieval Christian movement is no stranger to the dominant spirituality of his time. Instead he claims, like other contemporary religious movements back to the model of the early Church of Christianity. Catharism condemns the Roman Church and its hierarchy on the pretext that they do not respect the ideals of Christ. The Cathars considered themselves the only true disciples of the apostles, practicing them as absolute poverty and working with their hands for a living.
