Interesting reading!  Thanks, Luc!

I've renovated a couple of old houses...   never found anything of value!

I found a silver tobacco box in my back yard.
I was digging for a new veggie patch Smiley

Go Up Go Down

I once found some old postcards from WWI in between the wall studs that had fallen down from the attic in an old house of the 1800's that I was installing a new 100amp power service in for my boss's mom. They were all in excellent shape but I have lost them in the move from New York to Arizona 41 years ago.

Easy come, easy go I guess.  Cry

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.
