my at pro international, less than year old, has problems with colours appearing on screen, anyone any idear please.

That happened to a Fisher I own and it was water in the box. Watch for erratic behavior, on the atp lol. I also remember reading something about a sticker problem, and you can get a new one from Garret you can out on yourself. Hope this helps.

True, your LCD may be defective and need repairs.  Shortly after getting my machine I thought the same thing, then I discovered that my sunglasses had some sort of refraction issue with the display.  I changed to different glasses... problem fixed!  I am aware that extreme cold weather can cause display problems as well.

Well I would contact Garrett directly if I were you as they are an extremely Good Company and are one of the few that are still made in the USA and they do take pride in their products so your in safe hands,
