I just bought it, I was on a trip and saw your comment, I was on a hurry lol 50€ and got it. Just arrived home and testes itbwith an 1€ coin, it don't say anything till the coin is at 10cm from the coil. Damn.... Maybe im not regulating this thing right... Grin

Down load the User Manual. Mine will find a American Copper Penny at 12 inches.

What Freq is *it? They came in two flavors. 15 and 5 Khz. 15 the best.

The sticker just says - deepseeker Garrett and a star, x co-planar coil. This coil is really small! Lol

My bet like mine it's Khz. 4 " coil ? How many pins in the connector.?? If it has 5 it's 5Khz for sure.
