metal_inspector; One neat thing about searching old towns is that ghost towns are found most everywhere. Often even the locals will not remember them.

Ghost towns are really interesting and cool.  Wow, the locals I would think would remeber that.  Some of the ghost stories are horrible and some mysterious.

Ghost towns.com is what i used on my New mexico trips, cibola county, and got directions from a ranger on a mountain fire tower, they have huge maps that show everything, page by page, and are very helpful, even tho they just wash up and take baths every 3 or 4 months WHHHHEEEwww, gamey but nice folks them mountain rangers  ;D
