You should for the best results use it with a Gemini or TM-808 but it will also work with a PI large coil machine while the sampling will be more challenging then.

Christian

Real time software is here for the Arc-Geo logger and Pro models. You can see the grid as you walk it out. The Arc-Geo model uses the X, Y mode and the Pro model uses both the X, Y and GPS logging mode. Firmware upgrades are needed. Firmware updates are free under warranty but hardware upgrades are not, sorry. The pro will need a USB upgrade. You can see the X, Y mode video here. The Arc-Geo Mini is not supported at this time because of firmware.

I would be happy with Simple Sample times walked out and taken.

Say 3ft increments.

Over a 100ft line.

Over lap by 1ft, Run the line again 2ft south or North What ever.

As long as I could plot the results.

That would be good.

Doing Restive logging by hand you have to document all and do the Math to find the Body that shows up.

Using Time Domain, You can calculate the Chargabilty of the same and Again it takes a Pile of time to Calulate.

I have a home made Pulser  ( 500 Volts DC, 250 Ma, Pulsed ) and us the Lap top as a logger.  10 Khz is good.

I can see the Trailing egde of the Pulse.   I get my time from that.   Can you do better?

The Longer the Pulse the More charge it's holding the better your chances of  ore!

Longer Charge time tells me there is Sulfides and or Goodies down there.

Un like Witch hunting this is sceintific.

I find I have to keep asking this question here. What are you talking about? Are you just patting yourself on the back?

Who's witch hunting?

Homefire, have you gone to his web page? The Arc-Geo Logger is genuine technology, not witch hunt stuff. Have a look. It takes a metal detector return and plots it in real time against a matrix which is later downloaded to your computer with GPS coordinates. Useless for small items but surely a good tool for a large buried object.

Yes, he does sell dowsing equipment but what he is referring to here is far different. Just go and have a peek.
