Hello,

I would like to know how a geophysical device can be used for treasure hunting or metal detection. It is that, my friend showed me

geophysical instrument called overhauser magnetometer.
I read their site and got that it is used for finding magnetic minerals and objects buried under earth. Has anyone had any experience digging up an old treasure box or a rare mineral ore using this instrument? My friend wants to test it.
