I have a TomTom.

I go some where, hit search, I find
parks, swim locations and some
other recreation spots I never knew
about.

I call it TomToming.

Try it. I've found some nice spots
doin that.

Good Luck,

Tabdog

Never tried geo caching.

I doubt anyone around here has either.

Sounds like fun though,

Tabdog

I was geocaching for a while a few years back.  It's really lots of fun, and gets you outdoors and exercising.  There are some really creative hides out there.

I have seen those at WalMart and other stores. I bought a Garmin GPS72 Handheld and it allows the input of specific coordinates to find those isolated sites off road. I also use special tools to plot positions on old maps as well. keep an eye on my signature line for more on this and other tips in the near future.
