If you are up for a walk in some pretty country you might find something unexpected. On the shore of Loon Lake high in the mountains is a WWII B23 bomber. It's looking a bit worse for wear these days, but still recognizeable as a plane.

Glad you liked it, I always thought it was a neat place. Amazing they all survived in that country in winter as it's pretty high up and snow gets deep.

I'd say the crew either consisted of a lot of country boys or else they were smart enough not to sleep during survival training.
