Looks like glass bead from your picture.

Hint on posting pic for ID  include a ruler are coin something so we can figure out the size. Also include where it was found camp ground, old home site swimming hole school yard you get the idea.

Thank you for the tip here is a new picture. the color is blue the stripes are white and I found it on the bank of the Ashley River near the drive way of the house under an old oak tree.
