According to the vintage jeweler its 80-100 year old belt piece, gold plated with glass stone. Not bad for my first relic! All the research paid off as I don't think the site has been searched before...so yeah, going back!

found one similar back  like 40 plus years ago, on santa monica beach,Ca  fun part be i was using just a screen box  as my detect be in for repair... the tesoro silvermax is a beauty.. another bc'er will only use Tesoro detects and likes the Cibola for  beachcombing.. as the P.I. detects weigh an arm and leg  so he tells us..well to all  Have a Very Merry Christmas Season.. so say beachluck
