No it's not. I gave you Internet sites earlier to where you could find some proof but almost all of that stuff I dont use in my research. I'm not going to turn over all my work for you to shoot it down. I was giving you easy access to evidence.

Good grief, man. You JUST admitted you cited the Internet 2 posts after denying it. You really, truly have no idea what constitutes evidence, do you? Dear, oh, dear.

I said I don't cite it in my work! This website is not my work. I have physical evidence with me that I use. I actually go out and look at historical area and get physical pieces of evidence. Why would I use the Internet as my source?? It doesn't work that way. It's not concrete evidence. You need to realize what's going on here. I gave you sites so that you could fancy yourself with finding some sort of excuse for all of them and shoot them all down. And while you are doing that I'm giving my evidence to people who actually believe in it and will use it instead disregarding it.

The great cop-out. One day you will learn, Grasshopper. If you open your mouth about something, expect to be asked to prove it. Your staunch refusal to offer proof diminishes your ability to declare that you possess privileged knowledge.

You have proven only that you actually have nothing at all. Good work, Justin. Excellent work.

I never proved that I have nothing. And I'm fine with that. It doesnt matter if you believe in it or not. You shoot it down and discredit it all. Everytime someone has tried to post some type of evidence you immediately state it as false. Just because it doesnt fall into your beliefs doesnt mean its wrong. I dont have to prove myself to a naysayer. Especially when I have contributed to many other forums and sites where people actually believe in it and use it.

I call it false because the statements made are incorrect and based on a fairy tale. I don't have to point to evidence of a faked death of any other human being to believe that deaths can be faked but I refuse to make an absolute connection to Jesse James faking his death just because someone else did once, sometime, in history fake his own death. His body was identified positively. The autopsy agreed with witness statements. He died. End of story.

Oops. Along come the conspiracy theorists and history goes out the window. And we're all supposed to fall down and worship at the altar of false statements instead of the truth.

Thats not true. The body was not identified positively and the autopsy did not agree with the Robert Ford story.

I have an idea. Let's look at the autopsy report and the report by law enforcement of the day. That should answer the question.

Haha yea that would probably just clear this up instead of us bickering back and forth about it. I will try to see if I can find the autopsy anywhere. The only time I have seen it is on a few documentaries and on one special occasion I got to see it at the Jesse James Museum.

Hi Justin.  You can find the inquest at St. Joseph and the findings of the coroner's jury along with the statements of Bob and Charley Ford and Mrs. Samuel in this book:

"The Life, Times, & Treacherous Death of Jesse James" by Frank Triplett, published originally one month after the alleged killing of Jesse James in 1882 and republished by Barnes & Noble Books in 1970.  Fascinating indeed.

I thought the part where they found the coins and the gold bar was pretty questionable IMHO.
